Meet Our Funeral Directors

Bill Stovall, III, is President and C.E.O. of Cobb Funeral Home. He was born and raised in Blytheville and is a graduate of Blytheville High School, the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in Dallas, TX.  He is a licensed embalmer and funeral director and has followed his father and grandfather in the ownership of the family funeral and cemetery business.  Married to Margaret McWaters Stovall, his children include two sons and a daughter.



Billy Holifield
is Vice-President of Funeral Operations having joined Cobb Funeral Home in 1995.  He was born and raised in Blytheville and is a graduate of Blytheville High School and earned a Bachelors Degree in theology from Christian International Bible College.  He also attended Mississippi County Community College.  He is a licensed funeral director, and board member of the Kiwanis.  Billy is married to Brenda Ledbetter Holifield, and they have two sons.


Paula Crowder was born and raised in Blytheville.  She is a graduate of Blytheville High School and the Kentucky School of Mortuary Science.  She also attended Mississippi County Community College.  She is a licensed embalmer and funeral director, Mississippi County deputy coroner, certified eye enucleater for the Arkansas Eye Bank, a member of the Blytheville Lions Club, and a board member of the Northeast Arkansas Chapter of the American Red Cross.  She joined Cobb Funeral Home in 1982.
